This policy explains how Australian Sun Energy Pty Ltd (ABN 38 137 709 294), trading as Warmboard Australia, handles personal information collected through warmboard.com.au. It applies together with our full Australian Sun Energy Privacy Policy, which also covers credit information.
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

When you use our forms, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and phone number, your role (for example homeowner, architect, builder or plumber), your project location and project details, and your message.
When you submit your plans, we also collect the files you upload, such as floor plans and drawings.
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, using cookies and similar tools.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use your information to prepare your design and drawings, respond to your enquiry, supply Warmboard products, support your project, keep business records and improve this website.
We may send you information about Warmboard if you’ve asked us to or it’s related to your enquiry. You can opt out at any time.
Your plans and files
We use the plans and files you upload only to design and support your project. We share them only with people working on it, such as your builder, plumber or architect at your request. We don’t publish them.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed with service providers who help us run this website and our business, including website hosting, email delivery and email and document storage; with Warmboard Inc where needed for technical questions about your project; with others at your request; and where the law requires it. We don’t sell personal information.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers, and Warmboard Inc, may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and New Zealand.
